International Women's Day is well known around the world for struggles, joys and the charm of being a woman. The girl of today is a superwoman breaks all stereotypes as well as typical mussels and handles everything alone. Today's girl enjoys her own identity, power, beauty, and satisfaction. However, this was not the case in the story. And this trip helps the United States to know the importance of International Women's Day.

What is the history of women’s day

The story goes back to 1857 when the female staff protested against poor working conditions and less pay. Once in about 5 decades, in 1908, about 15,000 women in the New York City Protested for their rights of shorter working hours and fair pay.

In 1908, the Socialist Party of America declared that every year, the Sunday of February was to be a holiday and celebrated on the occasion of Women's Day. On 28th February 1908, the first National Women's Day was celebrated. At present, the idea of dedicating a full day to the ladies takes place in totally different countries.

In August 1910, the International Women's Conference was organized in the Scandinavian country. Throughout the conference, occupying the United States because of her inspiration, the German Socialist Luise Zietz presented a proposal for the International Women's Day, supported by the communist leader Clara Zetking and various delegates. No explicit date has been set for the conference.

On 19 March 1911, the 1st International Women's Day was celebrated in Germany, Denmark, and Austria.

In 1914, International Women's Day was celebrated on March 8, probably because of Sunday. On March 8, 1914, a march was organized in London for the emancipation of women. In 1917, the day the revolution began, seeking the periphery of the war I.

In May 1965, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics declared International Women's Day a holiday, which made it a day off. Following this announcement, the Chinese Communists began celebrating this day from 1922 and from 1936 to a European country. In 1949, China declared that the People's Republic of Asia had declared that girls in China would enjoy half a day off. In 1977, the General Assembly of the World Organization called on the Member States to announce March 8th because of the International Day for Women's Rights and Peace organized by the international organization.

However, the ladies of Japan have celebrated this day because of International Women's Day.

Throughout the Second World War, in many Western countries, individuals began to dedicate this day to women for their contribution to the war effort and the defeat of political theory. Perhaps that is why International Women's Day is well known on March 8th.

Today, many countries such as China, Cuba, Nepal, Russia, Ukraine, Uganda, Vietnam, and Mongolia observe March 8 as official holidays. In the Portuguese Republic and Italy, the ladies celebrate the day by organizing parties and dinners.
