bathing before meal

Did you know

Every night we sleep and wake up in the morning to escape a period of passivity. Although the modern lifestyle favors bedtime tea and breakfast, it is recommended that our scriptures take a bath before consuming food or drink.

The bath opens all the pores of the body and, when the blood rushes from the inside of the body to the skin, it intensifies the circulation, which leads to the warming of the whole body. This leads to the activation of the digestive system and intensifies the feeling of hunger. Ayurveda strongly recommends eating only when you are hungry for a long and healthy life.

Why Should We Take Bath before Eating

bath after meal good or bad

Who does not like a long, hot bubble bath? It soothes your body as well as your mind and removes all your fatigue and stress. Sometimes we go directly to the bathroom after returning from the office, sometimes we take a shower after a full meal. You must have often heard the elders of the house say that you should not eat before taking a bath. Well, there is a specific reason behind that.

Taking a shower right after a meal is one of the things that contributes to ruining your health. There is not only a scientific reason but also a religious reason. Here's why you should not bathe right after the meal. In addition, the negative effects that can have on our health.

Every cell in your body is revitalized when you shower. You clean up the dirt you have accumulated on your sin in the last 24 hours. Once out of the shower, you feel energetic and fresh.

When you take a bath immediately after taking a full meal, your digestion process slows down. Because of this, your intestines become weaker and you end up suffering from constipation and other problems related to the stomach.

Bath before Eating Food

Eating before taking a bath impedes a man's religious and spiritual progress. When you eat after taking a bath, your body gets the nutrients and energy it needs. That's why always stick to eating after bathing or wait at least an hour.

Why Bells are Hanged in Temples

bell used in ritual

Bell in temple

Bell is commonly known as Ghanta in Sanskrit term is ritually used in Hindu religious practices. The sound of the bell produces a sound considered propitious. Hindu temples usually have a metal bell hanging at the entrance, and enthusiasts ring the bell as they enter the temple, an essential element in the preparation of a darshan. The priests also ring on the bell during Puja or Yagnam and during the agitation of the light, when it burns incense before the deity when it bathes the divinity and offers food or flowers. There are bells specially designed to produce the long strains of om sound.

Why Ring Bell in Temple

spiritual uses of bells

In Hinduism, bells are usually hung from the temple dome in front of the Garbhagriha. Generally, devotees ring the bell when entering the sanctuary. It is said that, by ringing the bell, the devotee informs the divinity of his arrival.

The sound of the bell is considered propitious, which welcomes the divinity and dispels the evil. It is said that the sound of the bell clears the spirit of the thoughts in progress, thus making it more receptive. It is said that bell ringing during prayer helps to control the ever-wandering mind and to focus on divinity.

Why Bell in Hindu Temple?

ritual bell

Most of us would have thought why we see bells in all the Hindu temples and what will be the meaningful nature of the bell to keep in all the temples and ring while you do Pooja. It is composed of various metals, including cadmium, lead, copper, zinc, nickel, chromium and manganese.

The proportion to which each of them is mixed is a true science behind a bell.

Each of these bells is designed to produce a sound so distinct that it can create the unity of your left brain and your right brain. As soon as you think about this bell, it produces a clean but durable sound lasting at least seven seconds in echo mode, which will allow you to touch your seven healing centers or chakras of your body. At the moment the bell rings, your brain is empty of all its thoughts.

why ants attracted to sugar

Ants are attracted to sugar. This is a well-known fact. When you go on a picnic, they always seem attracted to the sugary sweet stuff you bring. That does not mean that they will not fly with your chips either, because they will.

But for the most part, they are interested in sweets. This is why ants like sweet stuff?

Why Ants Like Sugar and Sweet Foods Only?

Ants are actually omnivores,  which means that they eat a wide variety of foods. They also eat fruits, plants, sweets, and other insects also. There seems to be a little personal preference involved. some ants like to eat excess meat than others. This may be based on the place of residence of the ant colony, the distance between some food sources and the difficulty of obtaining them. Ants send scouts back to bring food to the colony. Thus, the closer the food source is, the easier it is to bring it back for everyone.

Why Ants Like Sweet?

Why do Ants Like Sweet Stuff

Why do ants like sugar

sugar is a fast source of energy. It has an odor that attracts ants, and once the ants have found a source of sugar, they will send scout ants to bring it back to the nest. When they bring it back to the nest, they leave behind a chemical trail of pheromones that the rest of the ants of the colony will follow.

In this way, they all know where the food source is for easy access. When they meet other ants along the trail, they will exchange the contents of their stomach with each other to indicate the type of food that awaits them.

om chanting benefits

The OM mantra is a universally sung mantra even though it originated in the Sanatana Dharma. The fact that it has expanded and transcended various boundaries clearly shows and proves its importance.

It is also a basic syllable used as a basic element for other mantras. In the chakra system, is connected to Ajna chakra, the third eye, which represents intuition and self-knowledge.

Some say it's the sound of the sun, which is also a symbol of life in our solar system.

OM is considered the sound of the universe, and it is believed that by chanting the mantra we are physically and spiritually in tune with the various elements of nature and the universe.

Benefits of chanting om

By Chanting OM, the body's nervous system slows down and creates a calming effect on the mind, also provoked by meditation. In doing so, the condition of the heart improves directly as a result of a relaxed mind and a decrease in blood pressure.

How to pronounce om

Sometimes om is taught with a long sound followed by a vibrating sound. Others prefer to separate the sounds a and u, so it's more like an ah-oo-mm.

OM Symbol

The origin of the symbol is not known, but it is said to represent four states of consciousness: deep sleep (unconsciousness), dream, awakening, and happiness (samadhi).

Yoga om meaning

Om could be a terribly easy sound with a fantasy that means. It is the whole universe fused into one word, representing the union of mind, body, and spirit that is at the heart of yoga. The sound of om is really 3 syllables: a, u and m.

Science behind om chanting

science behind om sound

Two scientific explanations explain why the OM mantra is widely practiced.

  1. When the Om mantra is sung, the vibration frequency is said to be 432Hz, which is the vibratory frequency of everything in the universe. This scientific discovery is the justification of the saying "in harmony with being".
  2. Scientists conducted research in which the subjects never chanted. Om Mantra was invited to recite it for a few minutes and each of their songs was recorded. The time-frequency analysis of this showed irregular waveforms that indicated mental instability.

They were invited to sing the mantra frequently for a few days, the experience was repeated. The time-frequency analysis has this time surprising indications. Waveforms have been improved with regular spacing, near-perfect symmetry, and harmony.

Not only did these participants experience a dramatic improvement in concentration and stability, but they found themselves at peace, experienced a reduction in mental stress, and were able to remain calm all the time.

Why no Diesel Bikes

why no diesel bikes

We are all bike lovers. We use the bike several times a day. Generally, the bike runs on Petrol. The price of Petrol is higher than that of diesel in many countries. Sometimes we think the bike does not run on diesel. If there is a diesel bike, we can save money.

Why No Diesel Bikes in India

Diesel bike in India

Royal Enfield Diesel Bullet

We have diesel engines for two-wheelers, but not on the scale of Petrol engines. There is only one type of diesel bike in India: the Royal Enfield Taurus.

Why Diesel Bikes are not Manufactured

why bikes are not in diesel, why diesel bikes are not manufactured, diesel bikes In india, why no diesel bikes, why no diesel bikes in india, diesel, bikes, reasons behind
bikes are not in diesel why?

Compression Ratio:

A diesel engine has a compression ratio of 24: 1 greater than the compression ratio of the 11: 1 Petrol engine. The diesel engine must be larger and heavy metal to support this high compression ratio. This is why the diesel engine is heavier than the Petrol engine and is not suitable for a small vehicle like a motorcycle.

Due to the high compression ratio, the diesel engine produces more vibration and noise than the Petrol engine. It is not possible for a light vehicle to withstand these high vibrations and noise. This is why diesel engines are not used in a motorcycle.

Because of the high compression ratio and the heavy engine, the initial price of the diesel engine is higher than that of the Petrol engine. And this initial price difference is about 50,000 rupees, which is not suitable for a small vehicle.
Pollution

The diesel engine produces about 13% more carbon dioxide per gallon than the Petrol engine. This creates more pollution than a Petrol engine and its use is not good for the environment.

Torque:

The diesel engine produces more torque but less power than the Petrol engine. So in motorcycles where we need high speed, that's not good.

Heat:

Diesel has a high energy per gallon compared to Petrol. When diesel burns, it produces a large amount of heat that can destroy the walls of the cylinder and other parts of the engine. So, to reduce this heat, we need a larger area and an adequate cooling system. To achieve this larger area, the engines are slightly larger.

Size and Price:

A diesel engine uses a turbocharger or compressor to inject more air into the cylinder, which increases its price and size.

In diesel engines, the technology of the injectors is used to inject fuel into the combustion chamber, which is more expensive than the spark plug technology of the Petrol engine.

A diesel engine is very big compared to the Petrol engine and it uses high power to start the engine, which is not suitable for bikes.

After all these disadvantages, some manufacturers like Royal Enfield have been able to make diesel-powered bikes and maybe, after a few years, these bikes will replace all Petrol bikes.

how do we get goosebumps

Goosebumps:

The hairs of all mammals rise automatically when cold, creating a layer of soft heat. When we are cold, the muscles around the hair follicles contract - a reflex left by our ancestors with long hairs. But since we do not have a lot of hair on our bodies, we only see goosebumps on our skin.

The good scary story will give you thrills and give you chills in the back. It could also give you goosebumps. Have you ever wondered exactly what goosebumps are and why do you get them when you're scared?

Goosebumps why we get them

why goosebumps

Goosebumps
- sometimes called goosebumps or goose pimples - are small bumps on your skin at the base of unwanted hair when you're cold or feeling strong, such as fear, pleasure or surprise... They also have a scientific name: kutis ansterina.

Getting goosebumps is a reflex, an action that your body automatically performs without you even thinking about it. This particular reflex is called the pilomotor reflex. Humans are not the only mammals to have this reaction.

why goosebumps happen

how do we get goosebumps, Why we get goosebumps, why you get goosebumps, why do we get goosebumps, goosebumps why we get them, why goosebumps, why goosebumps happen, reasons behind
goosebumps why we get them

When you are cold or you feel a strong emotion, your brain sends signals to your muscles, which makes them tense. When the muscles of your skin that are attached to the hair act in this way, they straighten them and pull your skin slightly, thus creating goosebumps.

They're called goosebumps because when you have them, your skin looks like a goose or a chicken whose feathers have been torn off. So, if you want, you can also call them chicken bumps!

It requires muscles to stretch and be ready. The reflex helps warm the muscles and prepare them to move. Goosebumps also help reduce heat loss, which helps the body warm up in cold weather.
