why there is a small hole in aircraft window

A small hole in the airplane window:

Most windows in the aircraft, the cabin has an exterior, center, and interior panels of extremely strong synthetic resin. The outer panel is the thickest of all facing the cabin pressure, leaving the center panel available if the outer panel breaks.

When aircraft fly at 35,000 feet, the pressure is about 1.5 kilograms (3.3 pounds per square inch), which is actually very low for humans to remain conscious. The pressure inside the cabin of the aircraft artificially increases to about 3.5 kg, but this structure must be very thick and strong to withstand the difference between internal pressure and external pressure. The small hole acts as a safety measure to prevent the cabin from depressurizing.

The small breathing hole or bleed valve balances the pressure between the aircraft cabin and the free space between the panels so that the cabin pressure in flight is applied to the outer panel only...

In the case of failure of the outer panel, unfortunately, the central panel takes over. In this case, a small air leak occurs through the ventilation hole, but not to the point that the aircraft pressurization system cannot handle it easily.
